An.Terra 369
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern the use of the An.Terra website and purchases from An.Terra. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to them. Any mandatory rights under South African law remain unaffected.
An.Terra is a trading name of Antera Wellness (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/576623/07, registered in South Africa. Physical and legal-service address: 19 Van der Walt Street, Middelburg, Eastern Cape, 5900, South Africa. Telephone: +27 64 164 5437. Email: 3an6terra9@gmail.com.
2. Website use and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract to place an order. You must provide accurate information and may not use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms the Website or another person.
3. Products and responsible use
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Packaging or appearance may change without materially changing the product. Read product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, directions, warnings and labels before use, and do not exceed the stated dosage.
Supplements do not replace a balanced diet. Website content is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of results. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use where appropriate, including if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, living with a medical condition, allergy or sensitivity, considering a product for a child, or unsure whether it is suitable.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Before ordering, you can review the order, correct mistakes, see the total price and withdraw. Prices are in South African rand. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and disclosed fees will be shown before payment.
An order is accepted once payment is authorised and we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where permitted by law because of unavailable stock, failed or unauthorised payment, suspected fraud, legal restriction, obvious error or an undeliverable address. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount due.
Payments may be processed by Payfast by Network or another disclosed provider under its own terms and privacy rules. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid and will be returned through the original payment method where possible or required.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, charges, areas and estimated periods will be shown on the Website or at checkout. Unless another period is agreed, online orders will be fulfilled within 30 days or handled as required by law. You must provide a complete, accurate address and arrange receipt. Where permitted, reasonable redelivery or return costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or failed collection may be charged.
Risk remains with us until the parcel is accepted at the stated address by you or an authorised person. Inspect it promptly and report damaged, missing or incorrect items.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation before dispatch
Email 3an6terra9@gmail.com immediately with your name and order number. If the parcel has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, the return rules below apply.
Seven-day online return
You may request a change-of-mind return within seven calendar days after delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, properly stored, in its original packaging, with the safety seal intact and proof of purchase. Contact us within seven days and wait for return instructions. Where the law permits, you carry the direct return cost and transit risk. No restocking or cancellation penalty will be charged, and the legally required refund will be made within the prescribed period.
Opened or customer-damaged products
For health, hygiene and product-integrity reasons, an opened, used, unsealed, altered, contaminated, tampered-with or improperly stored supplement cannot be returned merely because you changed your mind, disliked it or did not obtain the result hoped for. This does not affect lawful claims concerning unsafe, defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery
Contact us promptly. Reporting within 48 hours helps with courier investigation but does not shorten a statutory right. Keep the item, packaging, delivery label and invoice, and provide your order number, description and clear photographs. If we supplied the wrong goods or they arrived damaged or incomplete, we will carry the reasonable return cost and provide the remedy required by law.
Defective or unsafe products
Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, goods that fail its quality or safety standards may be returned within six months after delivery, without penalty and at the supplier's risk and expense, for replacement or refund as directed by the consumer. We may reasonably inspect the product and request packaging, batch or lot number, expiry date, photographs, and storage and usage details without removing a valid statutory right.
Return process and refunds
Email 3an6terra9@gmail.com with your name, order number, product and quantity, reason, seal status and relevant photographs. Wait for authorisation and the correct return address before sending the parcel. For an eligible change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return cost where permitted. For defective, unsafe, damaged or incorrect goods, we carry reasonable return costs as required by law.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible. A statutory electronic cooling-off refund will be processed within 30 days after cancellation, or sooner where reasonably possible. Store credit will be used only if you agree.
7. Privacy, communications and security
We process personal information for legitimate purposes including orders, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and permitted marketing. See our Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable safeguards and process information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
8. Intellectual property and third parties
An.Terra branding and original Website content are owned by or licensed to us. Personal viewing and saving of order or policy information is allowed. Unauthorised copying, sale, modification, scraping, publication, distribution or commercial use is prohibited. Third-party payment, delivery, analytics, social-media or linked services may have their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
This clause limits liability only as far as South African law permits. It does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those relating to fraud, gross negligence, unsafe or defective goods, or death or injury where applicable law imposes liability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, failure to achieve a hoped-for result, or loss caused by misuse, use contrary to warnings or instructions, improper storage, failure to seek appropriate medical advice, unlawful Website use, third-party services beyond our control, or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Complaints, law and changes
Send complaints to 3an6terra9@gmail.com or +27 64 164 5437 with your order number and supporting information. If unresolved, you may approach a body with lawful jurisdiction, including the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or National Consumer Commission.
South African law governs these Terms. A competent court, tribunal, ombud or regulator may hear a dispute. We may update these Terms for future use or orders; the version applying when an order is placed normally governs that order. If one clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue.
